1. I agree to give Boss Babes Photography full consent to use my photographs, name, and social media information for all of their promotional purposed including but not limited to websites, print, social media, and advertisements.
2. Cancelation of service must be done at least 24 hours prior to clients shoot appointment in order to transfer over their
payment to a later date. If cancelation happens later then 24 hours prior to clients shoot appointment a new payment will
be required in order to rebook a service. Please be mindful that all shoot appointments are given allotted times and dates
There is no guarantee that your newly requested time and date will be available.
3. If Boss Babes Photography is unable to preform services due to illness, emergency, whether, or otherwise not specified events Boss Babes Photography agrees to reschedule clients shoot appointment at Boss Babes Photography's discretion. If a shoot appointment cannot be rescheduled Boss Babes Photography agrees to refund all money paid.
4. Client agrees to give full credit on all forms of social media, websites, advertising, publication, and otherwise not
specified forms of media to Boss Babes Photography and other models when using photographs, video, graphics, and all
material shot and/or purchased from Boss Babes Photography.
5. I agree I will not hold Boss Babes Photography responsible for things such as compensation, travel costs, or any other acquired costs or reimbursements for my booked photoshoots.
6. Client agrees that they have read and understand this agreement and agrees to the terms of the agreement.
7. Boss Babes Photography will not try to gain any retribution or reimbursement for any products or photographs sold by above client. Boss Babes Photography is not liable for any discoloration, cropping, distortion, or any other quality issues that could occur from printing or creating products of any kind. Copyright ownership remains with Boss Babes Photography.
I hereby assign full copyright of these photographs taken to Boss Babes Photography with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part. I grant Boss Babes Photography permission to use the photographs either separately or together either wholly or in part, the perpetual and irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish video, and or photographs of me, or where I may be included for editorial trade, product advertising, and any commercial and social media applications to promote and advertise Boss Babes Photography. I agree that photographs and any reproductions will be deemed to represent an imaginary person and further agree that Boss Babes Photography or any person authorized by or acting on his or her behalf may use the above mentioned photographs or any reproductions of them for any advertising purposes or for the purpose of illustrating any wording, and agree that no such wording shall be considered to be attributed to me personally unless my name is used. Provided my name is not mentioned without prior consent in connection with any other statement or wording which may be attributed to me personally, I undertake not to prosecute or to insinuate proceedings, claims, or demands against either Boss Babes Photography or his or her agents in respect of any usage of the above mentioned photographs. I hereby release the photographer named above (Boss Babes Photography) from all claims and liability relating to images, videos, or photographs taken of me. I affirm that I am 18 years of age or order and competent to sign this agreement on my own behalf. I agree that I have read this release from carefully and fully understand its meanings and implications.
