REFUNDS & CANCELATION POLICY:
- If you need to cancel your shoot for any reason it must be done at least 24 hours prior to your booking. If you cancel after the 24 hour mark or no call no show your appointment you will not be refunded. I understand that this may be off putting thinking "well what if an emergency happens?" and trust me, I do try to be forgiving of things like this. But the amount of bogus "My Grandma died, my car broke down, my dog was sick" excuses I have been given over the years just to see them out at the mall or posting Snapchats at the beach 5 minutes later kind of ruined that for everybody. Your shoot must be paid for in full at least 48 hours prior to your booked appointment.
Failure to pay at least 48 hours prior will result in your booking being canceled. 
- If you cancel prior to 24 hours before your shoot and wish to reschedule that is totally fine. Your payment will carry over to your new booking. If you cancel after the 24 hour mark or no call no show and want to reschedule you will be expected to purchase your booking package again. 
- If something is to happen on my end where I can not make the shoot you will have the option to reschedule or be given a full refund.
- Refunds will not be given at any time after the booked shoot occurs.  

WHAT TO EXPECT: 
It is recommended to show up to your scheduled booking time 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for set up, hair & makeup, and whatever else you may want to prepare before shooting begins. This way your time is all spent shooting and not wasted on prepping. If you arrive late to your shoot please know that no extra time will be given to you. This means if you paid for an hour photoshoot for 3:00 to 4:00 and you show up at 3:30 you are only going to have time for a few photos to be taken. Especially if you come unprepared. It is your responsibility to come on time! 

You will be expected to sign a waiver form when you arrive. This is just to ensure that we're all on same page and you fully understand the terms and agreements. Please bring with you a photo ID (just to show you are 18 or older) if you do not fill out the waiver prior to your appointment. To save yourself time on the day of your shoot you can fill out and sign your forms here online. 

ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED: 
- Once you have booked your shoot appointment I will contact you to discuss shoot location and ideas. A payment request will be sent to you that will need to be paid at least 48 hours prior to your shoot date. If you would like to purchase add ons you can do so when we are in contact to discuss your shoot! On the day of your shoot you are allowed to bring along one friend as long as you give me a heads up that they will be there. Please do not just show up with people who you have not already informed me of. If people show up unannounced they will be asked to leave and the shoot will not begin until the unexpected people are gone. I don't do this to be a jerk, it is just very distracting having people bouncing in and out of photoshoots. I want to avoid disruption so we can focus on giving you the best shoot possible.
- After the shoot is finished turn around time for photos can be up to two weeks depending on how many bookings I have that week. I do try to get them back to everyone as soon as possible though!

ARE YOU SHOOTING WITH A FRIEND? 
If you are looking to do a photoshoot with someone else that's cool too! Just make sure to let me know that someone else is going to be with you and make sure they also fill out a release form. If you would like to shoot with more than one other person it is mandatory to book a 3 hour shoot minimum. Reason being is that it is almost impossible to get more than 2 people fully ready and organized for a good quality photoshoot in the span of only an hour.
